Industrial air hydraulic oil cooling chiller unit is a cooling device working on refrigeration principle and provides the cooling effect to hydraulic oil and lubricating oil circulating in processing machines by using chilled water as coolant,it relies on using fans to remove heat from outside the building rather than relying on a cooling tower. It cools the hydraulic power pack of the oil by providing a supply of chilled water to circulate and maintain precise oil temperatures in hydraulic systems of CNC machine tools, high-speed presses and hydraulic special machine tools and hydraulic equipment.
Hydraulic oil chiller designed by Tongwei maintains precise oil temperature is with some essential components as Panasonic/Danfoss scroll compressor using R410A/R407C refrigerant. The principle of vaporization and heat absorption of Freon in the evaporator is used for cooling.
When the oil chiller is working, the oil pump pumps oil from the oil tank in the machine to the evaporator of the oil chiller for heat exchange, and the cold oil is cooled from the cold oil.
The oil chiller takes the output and sends it back to the storage tank to mix with the hot oil.
The continuous circulation of oil reduces the temperature of the entire oil tank.
The temperature controller of the oil chiller automatically controls the opening and closing of the unit through the temperature sensor, so that the oil temperature is automatically constant at the set temperature.
There are two types of precision oil chiller : one is Box Type Oil Chiller ,the other is Immersion oil chiller .
Box type oil chiller is built with oil pump and oil tank;
Immersion oil chiller is no built with oil pump and oil tank , it use Stainless steel coil as heat exchange.

The compressor is the key mover in industrial air hydraulic oil cooling chiller unit because it produces pressure variations to stir the refrigerant around.It is with Panasonic brand compressor, using R410A/R407C refrigerant,this brand compress is with high refrigeration efficiency,low noise ,energy saving,environmental protection and durability,safety and stability.

The evaporator is a crucial component of Oil chiller, as it is responsible for extracting heat from the liquid being cooled,it is located between the compressor and the expansion valve. There are three types of evaporators :304SS stainless steel plate type + Oil Tank as heat exchanger.

The oil pump is designed to increase the pressure and the flow of the chilled oil in a closed space.

The condenser for oil chiller is equipped with efficient cross-seam fins and female threaded copper tubes for high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.Its function is to cool down the refrigerant steam released from the compressor into a liquid or gas-liquid mixture.
Aluminum fin+fan Condenser
Tongwei chillers use precision digital temperature controller, it RS485 communication port,which can do remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, low failure rate, high safety factor, easy installation.
Controller Panel
Coolant oil chiller is used to maintain the temperature of the coolant, thereby maintaining the surface finish and accuracy of the parts to be machined.
The hydraulic oil chillers maintain the temperature of the hydraulic oil, thus maintaining its viscosity, allowing the machine tool to work smoothly.
The spindle oil chiller is used to maintain the temperature of the spindle oil and prevent the spindle from deforming, thereby improving the surface finish and accuracy of the parts.
Cutting oil chiller is used to maintain the temperature of cutting oil, thereby increasing tool life and providing better surface finish and component accuracy.

As a professional oil chiller supplier &exporter,we have our own shipment forwarder to arrange the shipment .Our chiller machine is with plywood packing,which prevent damage during transportation and meet export standards.There are three ways can delivery your chiller unit :
1. Ship by Air: As the chiller is with compressor ,water pump and fans ,the compressed refrigerant and oil inside the compressor is a dangerous item with the possibility of explosion , so it needs to release the compressed refrigerant before transportation. (It means that water chiller without refrigerant when choosing this shipping way. After the machine arrives at your destination, you need to add refrigerant by local professionals. The airline company also request us to provide many documents to prove that the chiller not a dangerous product. The freight cost by air is very high may be higher than the cost of chiller , So By air for delivery is not the mode of transport recommended to our customer.
2. Ship by Sea: The transportation time is longer than by air , but the freight cost is cheap ,and there is no need to add refrigerant after the equipment arrives at the destination.This shipping way is the most suitable mode of transportation for you to delivery your local port.
3.If you have your own shipment container in your other supplier in China, we can help you delivery the chiller machine to your supplier in any city of China .
